OVER 65 CERTIFIED THERAPY DOGS CURRENTLY STAFF
CANINE THERAPY CORPS' PROGRAMS
Our dogs come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and breeds, from the towering Irish Wolfhound to the tiny Pomeranian.
Every therapy dog is an individual whose unique skills and personality help him or her motivate participants to work on their rehabilitation - from the Doberman Pinscher who lends stability to a physical rehabilitation patient relearning to walk after a traumatic brain injury, to the mixed breed dog whose respect and admiration for their participant recovering from substance abuse grows week after week at the same time that individual is learning to trust and form productive relationships.
Big or small, our therapy dogs have huge hearts and they facilitate big things!
