Where are you located and what services do you offer?
Lovet Pet Health Care is redefining the way pets and pet parents experience health and happiness. Our flagship Chicago hospital is located in the West Loop at 802 W Fulton Market. 

We offer primary and urgent veterinary care services, including dental and surgical treatments, with a commitment to accessibility and convenience. At Lovet Chicago, we’re piloting an industry-first initiative: free exam fees—always—so pet parents can focus on what matters most—their pet’s well-being. We also offer same-day appointments and flexible payment plans through Lovet Pay, making veterinary care easier and more accessible than ever.

Tell us about your philosophy of giving back to the community. 

At Lovet, we believe veterinary care extends beyond the walls of our hospitals—it’s about building a healthier, happier world for pets and their people. Supporting our community isn’t just something we do; it’s at the core of who we are.

When animals are in need, we take action. Whether it’s providing accessible veterinary care through our Chicago pilot program, stepping up in times of crisis—like when we donated funds to aid animals impacted by the Los Angeles wildfires—or partnering with local rescues to ensure homeless pets receive essential medical care before finding their forever homes, we are committed to making a meaningful impact.
